The marketing operations team ensures all activity from the digital marketing teams is aligned with the commercial team’s sales strategy. We closely monitor the performance of all of our products and services to ensure the business is always working in fast-growing markets.
Because we work with every team across MVF, we are in the unique position of being able to see the full process of how the business generates customers for our clients; from when they find us through one of our digital marketing campaigns right through to how they are qualified and delivered to our partners, and sometimes through to the completed sale on the client’s side.
We work closely with the commercial heads and marketing teams to identify our next big growth opportunities, forecasting and developing the full launch strategy for a new product category.
We are constantly coming up with new initiatives to drive GP – on average we launch up to 20 new products every quarter and currently manage campaigns in over 50 countries. By continuously optimising our process, creatives and landing pages we generate over 200,000 conversions across our B2B and B2C brands each month.
There is great potential for anyone joining this team. There are opportunities to take full ownership of launching new campaigns, test new ideas and work with multiple digital marketing teams to help shape MVF’s long-term marketing strategy.
