MVF’s CEO Michael Teixeira has been listed as one of the 50 most ambitious business leaders in the UK today in a list compiled by the Telegraph and LDC. The list celebrates leaders of medium sized businesses who have “demonstrated exporting prowess, introduced new ideas to shake up sectors, driven unprecedented levels of growth and shown real resilience to get to where they are today”.
Michael was featured in the final 20 of the series that has run all week. Since taking over as CEO in 2017 after holding the role of CFO since 2012, Michael has driven consistent growth across the business which now delivers over 4 million leads to clients every year and operates in over 100 product and service categories worldwide. This year, MVF generated record revenues with 95% recurring revenues and consistent year on year growth of 30%. Michael has also maintained the business’s focus on culture and growing exceptional talent, with MVF voted the best place to work in London in 2018, 2nd overall.
Founder, President and previous CEO of MVF Titus Sharpe comments: “I think it’s every founder’s dream to have a certified ‘most ambitious leader’ at the helm of your business! The other founders and I are delighted that Michael has been recognised and this listing has confirmed what we already knew when appointing him as CEO – that he has the right vision and direction to unlock MVF’s huge potential.” For Michael, the win is a celebration of the business as much as it is him for him, as he comments: “I am so thrilled to be listed as one of the 50 most ambitious leaders by the Telegraph and LDC.
Having big ambitions for a business is easy when it’s brimming with the potential that MVF is – both with the exciting plans we have for growth and the exceptional people I work with every day. “MVF is in a really good position; we’ve seen strong sustained growth over the last ten years but what’s really exciting is that we are just getting started!”
