MVF Named a Winner at the International CSR Awards

In the past year MVF has more than doubled its charitable activities, including starting a partnership with Camden based charity, the Castlehaven Community Association, and the launch of televised food-drive, ‘FoodHub’. With a newly appointed chairman and supported by a committee of 16 dedicated staff, MVF has been able to devise a long-term CSR strategy that supports local and national charities.

The International CSR awards attract entries from some of the biggest UK brand names including Hyundai, Royal Mail and RBS. MVF has competed against more than 200 other nominations and will be presented with the award at a glamorous ceremony at The Empire Casino in London on June 29th.

Jared Keleher, chairman of the CSR committee comments: “It is so rewarding that our charity efforts have been recognised by such a prestigious award. The CSR committee work very hard to generate new ideas for our chosen charities and it is fantastic to see that we are really making a difference to our local community. This award is testament to everyone at MVF who has donated their time and money to such great causes.”

MVF has just this week been announced as a deserving winner at the prestigious International CSR Excellence Awards. The awards are part of a national campaign to find Britain’s most caring companies.
