MVF Shortlisted for REBA Employee Wellbeing Awards

This week REBA announced that MVF has been selected as a finalist for Best New Wellbeing Strategy at their Employee Wellbeing Awards 2020!

Our Health & Wellbeing Advisor Hannah Meredith has introduced some groundbreaking initiatives to MVF, one of the most impactful being our Be Well strategy.

Be Well was designed to be a multifaceted programme with five elements, enabling employees to access wellbeing initiatives and activities in different ways. MVF wanted to recognise that wellbeing isn’t a one size fits all concept and can mean something different to everyone. Under each element we ensure that wellbeing is impacted, managed and maintained through initiatives, activities, benefits, policies and governance.

Hannah commented: “I’m thrilled that our Be Well strategy has been shortlisted for this award, it demonstrates that the work MVF is doing to support employee wellbeing is being recognised by experts in the industry.

Our MVFers have responded very positively to the programme in the first year and I’m excited about the future of Be Well and how we can build on our already brilliant health & wellbeing offering.”

The winners of REBA Employee Wellbeing Awards will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 5th March 2020.
